An honest SLA
“Four hours nationwide” is marketing. Four hours in Zurich or Geneva after access and parts are confirmed is an operational sentence. Night trains and Alpine passes do not care about your slide deck.
Languages
Deutschschweiz, Romandie, Ticino. If the ticket does not name the floor language, the engineer guesses — and reception is where Swiss jobs die. Our German hub exists so local searchers are not forced through English only.
