Smart Hands is the core of Simaks work in Switzerland. Banks, cloud providers, MSPs, and colo operators call when a pair of hands must follow a method of procedure: reseat a line card, photograph a PDU, walk a loop with the NOC, or meet a courier at the loading dock.
We brief the engineer on your access list, badge process, and change window before they travel. Work is vendor-neutral. You keep the hardware standard; we execute the steps and hand back notes, photos, and a close record.
Dispatch is staffed around the clock. In Zurich, Geneva, and Basel, planned Smart Hands visits are typically scheduled the same day. Emergency tickets are triaged against the nearest qualified engineer, not whoever happens to be free.
